QXO’s annual North American Female Roofing Professional of the Year contest is kicking into gear! If you know an amazing woman in the roofing industry, whether they're a roof installer, an office manager, an owner, an accountant or in another role, that goes above and beyond for her community, QXO wants to hear about them. Nominations for the contest are open through April 6, 2026.

The winner of this contest will receive $10,000 (USD) as well as tickets, airfare and accommodation to the National Women In Roofing Days 2027 and the 2027 International Roofing Expo. There will also be $1,000 (USD) given to the four (4) runners up. Finalists will be selected by a panel and public voting opens up in May 2026. The winner and the runners up will be announced June 3, 2026.
