Congratulations to the newest attorneys to join Adams and Reese this year.

Adams and Reese congratulates seven attorneys who have been elected to partnership in the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Taylor Brett, Litigation Partner in New Orleans, represents clients across multiple industries — predominately in the midstream and downstream sectors of the petroleum industry. His work also includes personal injury litigation, chemical exposure and toxic tort, premises liability, products liability, property damage and nuisance, eminent domain, and commercial litigation. Taylor advocates for his clients at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal court. 

Drew Chesanek, Litigation Partner in Sarasota, practices primarily in civil litigation, including construction-law, landlord/tenant, real property, maritime, and contract disputes. He has taken various cases to trial and to verdict and has also briefed and argued numerous appeals. Drew is recognized by his peers among Best Lawyers® Ones to Watch in Construction Law and Real Estate Law.

Jacqueline Feliciano, Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions Partner in Tampa, is in the Adams and Reese corporate services group. Her unique accolades as a Master of Laws in Taxation, Certified General Contractor, and Realtor have helped Jacqueline build a name for herself as a go-to M&A attorney in the construction industry. Jacqueline’s practice includes developing multi-layered and complex corporate structures, tax-free reorganizations, contract drafting, negotiations, and project planning for developers. Jacqueline is licensed to practice in both Florida and Texas.

Kyle Rea, Construction Partner in Tampa, practices in all areas of construction law, including, lien law, bond law, contract review and drafting, contract negotiation and litigation. He also is experienced in internal compliance, white collar criminal defense, licensing law, and workplace health and safety issues pertaining to OSHA State and Provincial Plans. Kyle is recognized by his peers among Best Lawyers® Ones to Watch in Construction Law: Litigation.

Hunter Schoen, Intersection of Business and Government Partner in Baton Rouge, has a value-driven practice which focuses on regulatory law, employment and labor, and commercial litigation. Hunter works closely with businesses, from companies in the construction industry to start-ups, to provide advice and legal solutions that are proactive and account for a business’ overall goals. This business practice extends to regulatory advice, navigating employment issues, drafting and reviewing agreements, and representing businesses in litigation and before regulatory bodies.

Austin Stewart, Litigation Partner in Jackson, focuses on complex matters involving products liability, commercial litigation, toxic torts, and insurance. Austin also advises and represents clients on regulatory matters, such as OSHA, FDA, and NIOSH. Austin represents clients in industrial services, construction, product manufacturing, real estate, and government. 

Garrett Zoghby, Litigation Partner in Mobile, represents clients in premises liability, insurance defense, medical malpractice, products liability, and trucking accidents. He also represents contractors and property owners in construction disputes and municipal law issues. Garrett has argued cases all the way through appeal before courts of last resort, including the Alabama Supreme Court and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
