Schechtl shears are the leading architectural shears in the industry because they were intelligently designed from decades of sheet metal experience.

There are three series of Schechtl Shears available, for light, medium and heavier gauge cutting. The SMT designed for 16 gauge, MSB for 14 gauge, and MSC for 11 gauge. All are motor driven plate shears. The deeper 30” backgauge (compared to 24” of competitors) gives more flexibility.

Optional rollout wagon allows for easier unloading and moving of cut sheets. This shear will increase productivity with the 36” telescoping front sheet supports making it easy for one operator to handle even 5’ by 10’ sheets. The machine frame is a sturdy welded steel design.
