FlashCo® Expands Sales Support Teams

Jenny Aguiar promoted to Inside Sales Manager/International Sales and Randy O'Shea promoted to Customer Service Manager. 

FlashCo recently announced the expansion of the sales support teams and promoted Jenny Aguiar to the position of Inside Sales Manager/International Sales and Randy O’Shea to the position of Customer Service Manager. Jenny will be leading the inside sales team that supports FlashCo’s outside sales force and handles outlying areas throughout the United States. In addition, Jenny and her team will handle international sales for FlashCo as it grows markets in North and South America. Randy will lead FlashCo’s customer service team which supports the entire sales team. The customer service team is located throughout the U.S. to handle all incoming customer requests.

“To support FlashCo’s growth, we needed to expand our sales support teams,” says Bill Bartell, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “We are very fortunate to have two experienced sales people within our organization to head up these teams and their knowledge and industry expertise will have a big role in making these two business critical teams successful.”

Jenny has been with FlashCo for seven years in various sales roles. She joined FlashCo in a sales support role, working out of the company’s Southern California office. Jenny then moved to outside sales to build FlashCo’s Southwest – South market that includes Southern California, Southern Nevada and Arizona. In her new role, Jenny will be leading FlashCo’s inside sales team. Jenny has been in the roofing industry since 2006 in domestic and international sales roles.

Randy O’Shea has been with FlashCo for 10 years. He started in operations in FlashCo’s Santa Rosa plant before moving into outside sales covering FlashCo’s Southwest – North territory. In 2021, Randy moved to FlashCo’s Fort Worth, TX plant to build the new operation at that location. After a successful plant launch, Randy will now be managing FlashCo’s Customer Service team.
