In an interview from the RoofersCoffeeShop® Sound Stage, at the 2024 FRSA expo, Megan Ellsworth sat down with Quincy from Centerpoint Connect to discuss the company's latest innovations in software solutions for the roofing industry. Quincy, who has been with Centerpoint for a few years, shared his enthusiasm for the event and the dynamic environment at their booth.
Centerpoint Connect, located at booth 1701, has been attracting significant attention with its comprehensive front-end software solutions. Quincy explained his role in sales and training, explaining the importance of customizing solutions to fit the unique workflows of different companies. “Everybody's companies, they all run differently, they have different workflows, different people managing," he noted.
One of the key attractions at the booth was Centerpoint's new iOS app for service technicians. Quincy detailed how the app enhances field operations by allowing technicians to clock in and out, capture data offline and stay on task. This development, which took about a year and a half to complete, is set to streamline field operations significantly. “It’s super exciting to talk about that. Everyone’s been asking about it and it’s been a very long road to get there," Quincy shared.
The interview also touched on future plans for Centerpoint, including the upcoming release of an Android version of their service app and the development of an inspection app for both iOS and Android. These advancements aim to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions that solve the problem of having multiple systems that don’t work together seamlessly. Quincy said,“Centerpoint is that one spot where everybody can go and do their part.”
