McElroy Metal announces the retirement of Senior Vice President, Ken Gieseke, after 34 years of service. Ken joined the company in 1991 and has since played a critical role in its growth and success.
Throughout his career, Ken led efforts in marketing and sales while championing the company’s digital transformation and was instrumental in expanding into new markets. He also helped foster a strong internal culture following McElroy’s transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure.
Known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to people, Ken leaves a lasting legacy of innovation, integrity and care. As he steps into retirement, Ken looks forward to spending time with his family, traveling and embarking on new adventures.
