ToolBelt Offers Contractors a Reliable Way to Source Quality Laborers

The ToolBelt platform allows contractors and laborers alike to match with quality job leads in a quick and efficient timeframe, and the CEO hopes to see that impact continue to grow across the industry.  

CEO and founder of ToolBelt, Josh Engelbrecht, sat down with the team at BuiltWorlds, a networking brand for building and infrastructure professionals, during their 2022 Buildings Conference to discuss the significant growth his company has seen and the hopes he has for the company’s future.  

ToolBelt is a digital platform that is designed to pair contractors with reliable labor sources, and vice versa. “We’ve built the first platform that is going to connect the construction industry,” Josh explained, “Specifically on the labor side, we help contractors, whether they’re general contractors, builders, multifamily developers- anyone that needs skilled labor, we help them find skilled labor.”  

ToolBelt is a digital platform and mobile app that allows contractors to connect with other trades people in the industry. Networking traditionally could take a lot of time and effort, and might only yield a few solid, trustworthy results. But ToolBelt provides only the information of certified individuals who are available to work and get the job done.  

The platform has so far seen significant success in not only helping first time users find jobs and labor, but has seen users return again and again for help staffing projects. The return factor is great and what apps want to see! Being a reliable source that contractors and laborers trust is incredibly important, and Josh plans for the platform to continue to grow as more users turn to ToolBelt for reliable information.  

In the past, ToolBelt won first prize at the BuiltWorlds’ Buildings Conference Demo Day Challenge, a competition that highlights revolutionary and envisioned programs in the industry, and ever since, ToolBelt has continued to make a major impact on the construction industry. With goals to launch the program nationwide within the next year, ToolBelt hopes to gain a significant standing in the marketpalce and grow within the construction and residential markets.
