Here’s what has been trending on the MetalCoffeeShop™ (MCS) newsroom this past month. 

About a year ago, MetalCoffeeShop was officially launched for the metal construction industry. Recently, the Coffee Shops announced the launch of our fourth website, CoatingsCoffeeShop.com! Our exciting new website is dedicated to all things related to roof coatings, and it’s clear our readers were excited about this news too. One of our most-read articles from last month was our official announcement for the new website which outlined the many resources our new website has to offer for the coatings industry. 

Safety is always on the forefront of our readers' minds, which is why another article from John Kenney, CEO of Cotney Consulting Group, has once again made our top monthly articles list! His informative article discusses personal protective equipment (PPE) and why it’s essential for all construction crews. He breaks down what the different types of PPE are and the guidelines the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) provides for when and how to use this equipment. 

Two of our most popular articles last month, one of them taking the number one spot, had to do with the new XL Gutter from MTL Holdings. This new aluminum gutter is now the largest GT-1 tested gutter on the market and reduces installation times from 30-60%.
