Versico Roofing Systems announces updated Metal Edge Program

Edge-to-Edge Total System Warranty now covers VersiTrim™, SureTite™ Cleats and shop-fabricated edge systems.

Versico Roofing Systems is pleased to introduce our updated Metal Edge Program. Versico has developed even more ways for our authorized contractors to include their metal edge system in our Edge-to-Edge Total System Warranty. 

Options to include the metal edge system in our Edge-to-Edge Warranty include: 

1. Versico VersiTrim™ Pre-Engineered Edge Systems – Versico offers the highest-performing edge systems in the industry. Our prefabricated systems ensure ES-1 and IBC compliance, come with our highest wind speed performance, are FM approved. Prefabricated products save the applicator labor and customized systems will help meet the design needs of the building owner. 
2. SureTite™ Cleats – Our SureTite Cleat offers the applicator a hybrid approach. The applicator can order the cleat with their roofing materials at the same time, allowing them to terminate the roof system more quickly. By using the cleat, the metal edge system or detail will meet ES-1 and IBC code requirements without going through a certification process. Simply install the cleat and shop-fabricate the cover using Versico’s Kynar® Flat Sheets and the edge system is eligible for up to a 20-year, 90-mph wind speed warranty. 
3. Shop-fabricated edge systems – Authorized contractors are allowed to shop-fabricate their edge system using Versico’s Kynar Flat Sheets. With this option Versico offers an ES-1 certification program to ensure the applicator can shop-fabricate their edge systems while maintaining ES-1 and IBC requirements. The option is eligible for up to a 20-year, 72-mph warranty. 

Starting June 1, 2025, the following warranty coverage will take effect based on the edge system options the contractor chooses:
