With 16 years of construction experience, Lauren has held several leadership positions at Swinerton, including Chief Talent Officer where she was responsible for Swinerton’s talent strategy for all 4,500+ employees. With a passion for culture, talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and the employee experience, Lauren works to align talent strategies to Swinerton’s global business objectives and deliver tangible performance results. Lauren assumed her current role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2022.
