Duro-Tech™ TPO Roofing Membrane

Duro‑TECH TPO membrane is an industry-leading TPO roll good product providing a cost-effective, secure and watertight installation. With the thickest performance layer in the industry, installing Duro‑TECH TPO will also save you time as it does not require seam sealant where membranes meet because of the densely woven anti-wicking scrim. The anti-wicking scrim prevents moisture from being pulled under the membrane ultimately saving on costly roof repairs down the road. When the project calls for TPO, use the only TPO good enough to carry the Duro‑Last name.

Sustainable, Circular Solutions

Long before “sustainable,” “green” and “circular” were buzzwords, Duro-Last was building its reputation as a go-to source for environmentally conscious roofing solutions.

Duro-Last’s custom-fabrication approach fundamentally reduces material and jobsite waste. During the manufacturing process, edge trim and scrap are recycled back into production, reducing their carbon footprint. Custom-fabrication also significantly minimizes waste on the jobsite that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

John R Burt, founder of Duro-Last, began recycling operations in 1989, with the production of a proprietary rooftop walkway pad — a first step in reimagining aging PVC roofs. Today, Duro-Last continues to prioritize waste reduction and circularity throughout the organization, from helping contractors reduce scrap and waste on the job to the innovative Recycle Your Roof take-back program. This program recycles mechanically attached aged PVC roofs into commercial flooring, walkway pads and concrete expansion joints, reducing the amount of material going to landfills and eliminating landfill and dumpster fees. Duro-Last X^™ Custom-Cut Single Ply Roofing Membrane

Manufactured with the same formulation as the industry-leading Duro-Last^® membrane, Duro-Last X is an excellent choice for contractors seeking the convenience of roll goods coupled with the customization of custom-cut lengths.

Designed to reduce scrap and improve installation efficiency over traditional roll goods, the Duro-Last X membrane is available in 10-foot wide rolls that can be custom-cut to any length up to 200 feet. While the formulation is the same, Duro-Last X is manufactured using a different process, resulting in a smooth matte finish.

A complete line of custom-fabricated accessories and parapets are also available with Duro-Last X, which are made from the Duro-Last flagship membrane and have a glossier initial appearance.
