My name is Edward Montemayor, and I am the operations manager and marketing director at South Texas Metal Roofing, LLC. My journey in the metal roofing industry began at the age of 11 when I started helping on my dads roofing job sites. What began as carrying materials, cleaning up and assisting experienced roofers quickly led to my first hands on standing seam install in 2000 at the age of 13.

Working alongside my father and his skilled professionals taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

I have built my career providing resilient, high performance metal roofing systems through engineered solutions and quality craftsmanship to withstand the demanding South Texas coastal environment. Metal roofing has always been more than a profession, it’s a tradition passed down through generations with over 50+ years in the industry.
