Smart Rib panels

Smart Rib is available with multiple warranties. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty has a minimum thickness of .0153 before paint and an AZ50 (1.60 Mil) Galvalume® substrate. It also carries 20 Year Perforation Warranty on a Galvalume® steel substrate.

Our 40 year Warranty steel has a minimum thickness of .0142 before paint and has an AZ50 (1.60 Mil) Zinc-Aluminum substrate. Smart Rib can be ordered with a 20-year warranty and non-warranty. All colors have an Energy Star® rating and comes with a UL® 2218 Class 4 impact rating and a UL® 790 fire rating.

Smart Rib is offerred in 80,000 KSI maximum hardness to prevent hail and installation damage.
