Post Frame Superstar, Kyle Stumpenhorst brings his vast knowledge of Post Frame to the NFBA Conference & Expo show floor this year!

With Post Frame Construction homes and other long-term residential buildings growing in popularity, the need to build with zero wood in the ground becomes more popular.  In this Demo, Kyle will show RR Building’s method to efficiently lay out a foundation and accurately build walls in large sections all from the safety of the ground and with minimal physical labor.  A few of the techniques shown will be how to square the building layout, ensure accurate elevation of all posts/trusses, and the mass marking of columns for girt, window, door, and truss height locations with the use of a Story Pole.  The goal of this process is to be efficient, accurate, and use less labor, all while building with the intent for the structure to outlive us
