It’s become an all too common refrain these days: “There are more things to do than there are hours in the day”. That’s because we are all faced with busy work schedules, a shortage of time to get everything done, and being bogged down in work that someone else should be doing. Proper delegation is a way to reduce your workload, help you and your organization perform better, and allow for growth. This program will help you identify why you probably don’t delegate enough, how to identify what can and should be delegated, and how to set up those to whom you delegate to be successful. Whether you work in the office or the field, these tools will help you be more effective in the day-to-day work your job entails.
