NFBA - US Immigration & Customs Service (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations

• Documentation of the raid.
• Employer records that you will need to provide.
• Potential Penalties because of the ICE raid. 

Construction Industry Specific Issues:

• Impact on a multi-employer jobsite - will the warrant be for a specific company or can it be for all companies on that site?
• Impact to you as a same trade prime that subcontracts your work. Will ICE look into the relationship, and can violations of your subcontractor come back on you as the prime?
