With the cost of gas these days, have you changed the way you do business and what changes have you made?>>>

We have increased employee benifits. We used to cover just the employee health benifits. Now we cover the whole family.

We also have given the employees 1 sick day for each year of service up to 3 a year. You can accumilate as many as you want. That>>>
