Stormseal is an innovative alternative to tarps and is designed to replace flapping, leaking, flyaway tarpaulins. We realize that getting homes watertight is the most important thing right now as winter is approaching. They offered this link to a list of contractors that have already gone through their program (you have to go through their class to install it) in case it may be of help to you.
