Commercial Roofing Foreman

a. Demonstrates and follows Roberts Roofing Safety protocols IAO OSHA regulations and specific job site safety rules.
i. No major or minor safety infractions/ write ups
ii. Drug free
b. Can read and understand blueprints, complicated saddle designs, and Roberts Roofing instructions to adhere to client and manufacturer specifications.
c. Manage jobsites, ensuring roofers follow company procedures and safety policies.
d. Creates their roofers’ schedules and job completion timelines.
e. Ability to calculate time, materials, labor for upcoming days
f. Oversees a crew of 5-10 roofers/laborers
g. Oversees and trains new crew members IAO Roberts Roofing Standards
h. Restoring, removal and replacement of various roof systems
i. Preparation for extreme events to ensure the protection of customer’s property as well as our equipment and property during the roofing process.
j. Protecting the building and buildings adjacent for any projects currently working on
k. Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget
l. Maintain a safe work environment according to OSHA standards
m. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation
n. Expert in all Roberts Roofing roof systems and application procedures.
