Introducing the MetalVue Dealers Portal

MetalVue is growing fast, and we want you to know about it, especially the brand-new Dealer’s Portal. 

In a recent MetalTalk™ webinar, Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with Dominic Caminata of Grosso University and Mark MacDonald of Sherwin-Williams to discuss the new MetalVue Dealer’s Portal.  

The sales landscape for metal roofing is transforming with the groundbreaking MetalVue program, but what exactly is MetalVue?  

In this webinar, Mark outlines MetalVue as a holistic solution for contractors in the metal industry. He shares, “What we've provided is just an integration platform for services software that includes anything that they want that's part of their workflow. That's what makes the program exciting to contractors because almost anyone who does roofing wants to do metal.” 

In a market with over 1,600 manufacturers, Sherwin-Williams has invested time and resources to collaborate with manufacturers and create MetalVue. According to Mark, “MetalVue is a service platform to enable them [contractors] to service this multi-billion-dollar market that's in the tens of billions with tens of thousands of contractors across the United States.” MetalVue makes processes more efficient, reduces costs and ensures contractors receive the products they want to run a successful metal roofing division of their business.  

“Really what MetalVue is is a series of service software and training that allows the contractor to have confidence through their entire workflow," says Mark. 

And the latest development from Dominic and Grosso University is the MetalVue Dealers Portal. Dominic describes the MetalVue Dealers Portal as “an online platform of video content and literature and documentation that outlines in detail all the services and technologies available to contractors through the MetalVue program.” The goal is to help answer contractors' marketing, sales, production and business operations questions.  

The MetalVue program is changing the sales process for metal roofing. Dominic and Grosso University have developed a leading portal for the program using their Learning Management System, transforming the sales dynamics of metal roofing.
