SRS Distribution announces expansion in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with the acquisition of Roadrunner Roofing Supply, Inc.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Roadrunner Roofing Supply, Inc. (“Roadrunner” or the “company”), a wholesale distributor of residential roofing and related accessories. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Arlington, Texas, Roadrunner is owned and operated by Rick McLaughlin. The Company employs a team of 21 people. Rick and the company’s management team will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
