Looking for a way to level up your skills before the end of 2025? Tremco has created a 12-day webinar series that not only provides valuable insights but also gives contractors and professionals the opportunity to earn AIA LU|HSW credits. These webinars (all online) will be hosted on weekdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET. The first course kicks off on Monday, December 4, 2025, with the last taking place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
On the first day of Tremco’s webinar series, Bob Dazel, Tremco’s senior building enclosure specialist, will dive into how a holistic understanding of an entire building enclosure is the best way to create “sustainable, high- performing structures.”
Day two will be hosted by Marcy Tyler, Tremco’s director of building science. In her webinar, she will help participants learn about testing methods (such as thermographic imaging) that can help avoid air barrier failures.
For the third webinar, Bob Moretti, Tremco’s director of sales, operating and training, will “review the many different roof system options available to the designer [and] provide a basic examination of system strengths and weaknesses, life cycle expectations, energy conservation impacts and other sustainable considerations.”
On the fourth day of Tremco’s webinar series, Ryan Gottermeier, the VP and general manager of WTI|WTC, will explore cost-effective, sustainable HVAC Air Handling Unit (AHU) restoration. From the engineering behind fan arrays to case studies showcasing real-world impacts of restoration, this session provides a comprehensive look at the power of fan array retrofits.
For day five, Marcy Tyler is back to talk about the role coatings, membranes and sealants play in protecting concrete structures. “This course will investigate surface profiles, conditions of existing and new concrete, environmental factors impacting installation and in service life of these materials and verification methods to validate and troubleshoot the application.”
In the sixth webinar of the series, Bob Dazel returns to host a conversation about prefabricated construction. These types of products can be used in both new and retrofit projects and are proven to “accelerate project timelines, extend construction seasons and enhance the performance and appearance of structures.”
Day seven features Josh Bonardi, WTI|WTC’s safety services supervisor. His webinar will focus on developing and reinforcing attendees’ understanding of rooftop safety, hazards, laws and codes.
In the eighth webinar, Greg Garrison, Tremco’s business development specialist, dives into the benefits of specifying and integrating insulated concrete panels in architectural designs. These benefits include “structural performance, thermal efficiency and streamlined installation process.”
On the ninth day of Tremco webinars, Marcy Tyler once again hosts! This time she teaches participants the best practices for managing waterproofing and how to best avoid moisture infiltration issues to ensure long-term building performance.
Day ten puts the spotlight on Bob Moretti, Tremco’s director of sales, operations and training, as he discusses vegetated (green) roofing systems. This presentation covers everything from procedures to improving these system to tips on installing them.
In the eleventh webinar, Eric Lemaire, a part of Tremco’s commercial/residential development team, introduces architects to the basics of specifying Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). This course covers the impact of ICF on architectural workflows and leaves attendees “equipped to confidently integrate ICF into their projects and collaborate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.”
And on the twelfth day of Tremco learning, Bob Dazel is back and joined by Jenna Gift, Tremco’s learning program manager. This expert duo will close out the webinar series with information about warranties, including their scope, limitations and implications.
