Hello, everyone. When we're thinking about training or upskilling our craftsmen here at Viotell, we really want to lean on the manufacturers that we use and take advantage of their trainings. Typically, they have trainings that are in person so you can get hands-on experience. You've got plenty of libraries, videos, details of different things that you can take advantage of. And those resources are just right there for you, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel and you can really lean on what the manufacturers are looking for from an installation perspective.
Beyond that, it's not just for the craftsmen or the people in the field. I like to send my project managers to those hands-on trainings so they can get some insight on how the installation should go, things they should look for to ensure that quality and quality control is happening.
So that's what we do at Viotell, and we think it's super important to lean on your manufacturer partnerships. Thanks.
