New EPDM Fit SA
The EPDM FIT SA features UL and FM approvals and has excellent green strength with a strong bond strength throughout the life of the system. The split-release liner helps to speed installation time and delivers a labor-saving solution for installers.
The black EPDM membrane is available in a 60-mil thickness, can be adhered in temperatures of 20-degrees Fahrenheit or above without the use of additional adhesives or primers and features factory inseam tape for superior quality assurance and labor savings when compared to field-fabricated seams. It has exceptional lay flat capabilities that results in an aesthetically pleasing finished product. The membrane is available in 10’ x 100’ rolls.

Photovoltaic for New or Guaranteed Commercial Roofing Systems
Rooftop solar installations have been steadily growing over the last decade, often voluntarily driven by individual Building Owners or corporate initiatives. However, as governments push to reduce dependency on fossil fuels and reduce the carbon footprint, more states are writing legislation to mandate the use of solar on residential and commercial buildings.

Announcing JM PVC All Season Sprayable Bonding Adhesive
Johns Manville is excited to announce an all-new sprayable adhesive for JM PVC and JM PVC SD Plus. This new adhesive is designed to work in all seasons with a wide temperature window and quick flash-off times which can result in quicker installs even in cold weather. This product can adhere smooth backed membrane to the field and walls.
