Jon Olson is the learning and product training manager at The Malco Group. In his role, Jon brings training to life — whether it’s visiting schools to introduce students to the tools of the trade, developing engaging eLearning experiences or leading live demonstrations at major trade shows. He also partners directly with established HVACR professionals, helping them sharpen their skills and stay ahead with the latest tools and techniques. 

Malco has a long tradition of supporting the trades, not just by delivering reliable tools, but by investing in the people who use them. Through Malco’s Head of the Class program, more than 500 top-performing students each year are recognized with professional-grade tools, while every classmate receives Malco’s signature C-RHEX driver, a hat and a digital catalog. 

When he’s not on the road teaching and connecting with trade pros, Jon enjoys camping adventures with his wife and three kids. He’s also an avid fisherman, biker and hunter who loves spending time outdoors.
