Sasha Demyan is a nationally recognized leader in the metal construction industry, currently serving as executive director of the Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association (MBCEA) and the Metal Buildings Institute (MBI). With over two decades of experience, Sasha has been instrumental in advancing workforce development, safety standards and professional education across the sector. 

In 2025, she was inducted into the Metal Construction Hall of Fame for her visionary leadership and transformative impact on MBCEA. From her early days assisting in her family’s metal building business to revitalizing national industry organizations, Sasha has consistently bridged gaps and driven innovation. 

She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Society for Association Excellence (PASAE) and is completing her role to support regional contractors as Secretary of MBCEA’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Her career reflects a deep commitment to integrity, collaboration and the long-term growth of the metal building industry.
