Nicole trained with John Sheridan in the summer of 2022 and learned how to install a metal roof, which she did when she reroofed her own home with a metal roof. She is now working with Sheridan consulting as a future trainer. With the demand for metal roofing training, Heidi and Nicole talk about the need to bring more people into the trades and how anyone can do it.
