Finishing Dynamics applies coatings using a horizontal conveyor system, painting a variety of aluminum shapes and sizes. The controlled environment and stringent testing standards ensure consistent, cohesive quality on every part. Parts are received and reviewed to see if any sanding or manual cleaning is needed prior to racking. Once prep is done, they are then racked on load bars and sent through a five-stage pre-treat system which cleans and “etches” the metal surface to receive paint. Next, an electrostatic spray application of a 2-coat, 3-coat, or 4-coat paint system ensures full coverage on even the most complex profiles. The load bars of parts then move through a 150’ convection oven for curing, then are rigorously tested to meet or exceed AAMA 2605 performance standards. 

With in-house fabrication capabilities and one of the largest processing windows in the Southeast, Finishing Dynamics can handle everything from custom colors to complex finish effects like metallics, micas, color-shift, two-tones, splatter paint and more.
