Alex Toll: Awesome. And our October question is, what are you seeing for good recruitment strategies for the metal industry?
Vicky Smith: What I'm finding to be the most important for recruitment right now is to be very upfront about your compensation plan and your benefit offering. Benefits is very much important to today's workforce and what they're looking for. So, having a good compensation package, including with the benefits, is the way to go.
