Membership of industry related organizations can significantly increase your business success and industry knowledge. Learn how the MCA uplifts their members!

There are many benefits to joining an industry organization. Whether you are looking to expand your professional network, gain educational insights into industry subjects or advocate for the promotion of industry related issues, having a membership within such groups can provide that opportunity. One such organization that metal construction professionals can benefit from joining is the Metal Construction Association (MCA).

An advocate for the interests of the metal construction industry and the professionals within it, MCA is a well-recognized organization that provides their members with many opportunities to expand their professional skills and connections within the industry.

Certification programs

For the industry professional looking to expand their expertise in important industry related topics and skills, participating in certification programs can set them apart from competitors and provide their customers with the guarantee that they are choosing the best equipped person for the job. MCA offers two certification programs: roofing certification and MCM fabricator certification.

Through the roofing certification program, participants are provided with the proper training and education in roofing products, installation methods and roofing accessories that enable them to confidently assist contractors and customers in finding the best metal roof for their project needs.

Participants in the MCM systems fabricator certification course are educated in the skills and knowledge necessary to work with fabrication systems and promote the proper use of metal composite materials in building projects.

MCA summer meeting

MCA hosts bi-annual meetings each year for their members to gather and network. The upcoming summer meeting, to be held June 10-12, 2024, in Rosemont, Illinois, will feature an inspirational line-up of speakers and presentations and plenty of networking opportunities for attendees to enjoy.

This event is the perfect opportunity for industry professionals of all backgrounds to participate in educational opportunities, inspirational speaker sessions and meet with fellow industry professionals from around the country.
