The fully automated nature of the program allows you to create an estimate with a single click. This means that you get a 3D rendering, measurements and manufacturer metal panel data within 24 hours without having to get on the roof. This includes:  

• A 3D drawing of the roof, including measurements. 
• A list of the materials, such as panels, trim and accessories, that you will need. 
• Editable labor, freight and add-on settings for each job. 
• A Project Quote for submission to your client. 
• A printable roof sheathing layout, full roof layout and roof cut sheet. 
• A downloadable CSW file for ordering. 

This simplified and accurate estimation process allows you to spend more time growing your business and building trust with your customers; leading to better control of your profit goals. It is key to note that the Roofing Passport system can be applied to any project you have, whether it’s a new construction or a re-roofing or something else! 

For those with a re-roofing project, the Roofing Passport allows them to use the EagleView system to look up a customer address and produce an aerial view of the home with accurate measurements.
