Providing customers with assistance from start-to-finish during a project can make all the difference in solidifying a loyal, long-term relationship. An industry expert shares how being a strategic partner for clients can elevate the sales experience.  

Building relationships with your suppliers and manufacturers can be an invaluable decision for industry business owners. As the market becomes more competitive and contractors are hard pressed to find quality labor, having those solid connections can mean the difference between success and failure during a particularly busy season. In this MetalCast episode, host Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with Josh Nowlin of Burrow’s Complete Post-Frame Solutions to discuss the value of connecting with suppliers that go above and beyond for their customers. He shares how becoming more than just a supplier can make all the difference for both sides. 

As the company's director of sales and marketing, Josh has a keen sense of finding ways to better serve customers by meeting them where their needs are. As Burrow’s is a complete post-frame solutions provider, they look for ways to better serve builders as they take on projects, from start to finish. He shared, “Our focus is the post-frame builder, small to mid-sized companies that are struggling in finding enough time in the day to run their business because many of those folks, they're getting pulled in every direction... That's where we come in. We provide solutions to help them grow their business without the overhead. So that's a unique offering that we have that not every supplier offers.” 

From start to finish, helping builders put together the complete solution package has made Burrow’s a go-to, reliable source for many industry professionals.
