Rilla Empowering Sales Teams with AI

The partnership between Grosso University and Rilla has helped transform sales training by utilizing AI technology. 

Dominic Caminata, the CEO of Grosso University and a renowned industry-leading sales trainer, has shared some pivotal insights in sales and coaching within the home improvement industry.  

According to Dominic, one major hurdle for sales leaders has historically been the need for more visibility into their representatives' daily interactions, especially during fieldwork. He states, “One of the biggest challenges I had as a sales leader is that I had no visibility as to what all my reps were actually doing in the field because I simply couldn't ride with every salesperson at once.”  

Addressing this challenge, Dominic introduces Rillavoice, a revolutionary tool powered by artificial intelligence — Rilla’s AI speech analytics and coaching software. This tool is designed to transform traditional sales coaching methods by providing insight into sales interactions. He explains, “Rillavoice, by far the leading AI-powered speech analytics and coaching software available to the home improvement industry, acts as your virtual ride along assistant.” 

The mechanism behind Rillavoice is as innovative as its purpose. Sales representatives initiate an audio recording of their sales interactions via the Rillavoice mobile app. Dominic elaborates, “Think of this as your virtual ride along assistant that can put you in every single home with every salesperson every day.” 

Dominic shares how Grasso University has incorporated Rillavoice into its Sales Academy program. This collaboration leverages Rilla’s capabilities to enhance sales personnel's virtual training and certification, significantly improving coaching efficiency and sales outcomes. 

Dominic’s insights and Rilla's adoption spotlight a transformative shift in sales coaching. The goal is to equip sales leaders with the tools to lead more effectively and drive sales performance.
