The one-stop shop for all your metal resources

Sherwin-Williams Discover MetalVue Dealers
January 19, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

By Dani Sheehan.

Offering one of the most educational dealers’ portals in the market, learn how the MetalVue Program will help you make more with metal.

The MetalVue program by Sherwin-Williams is designed to help you work smarter, not harder. Developed to help manufacturers and contractors sell and install more residential and commercial metal roofs, the program continues to evolve. In a recent episode of MetalCast™, Heidi J. Ellsworth sits down with Mark MacDonald of Sherwin-Williams to discuss the history and creation of MetalVue. Its Dealers’ Portal is one of the most informative and educational portals in the market, working to help contractors make more with metal.

But what exactly is a dealers’ portal? Mark explains, “What do you expect if you’re a contractor that wants to access and to deal products? You want a dealers’ portal, a place that’s a one-stop shop where you can go in there, grab marketing collateral, grab digital, grab links to other products and services that may be associated with those products.” With a program as large as MetalVue, they wanted it to be easy for contractors to find information, services and resources, no matter how big or small the company was, and no matter what it was they were looking for.

The greatest part is that when you join MetalVue as a contractor or exteriors company, this Dealers’ Portal becomes customized with your metal manufacturer to make information even more accessible. Mark continues, “As we bring on individual metal manufacturers, Grosso University helps white label the software. [The manufacturers] own it, and then they can tailor it to their needs. Maybe they want to bring in their own proprietary installation training. Maybe they want to bring in their own proprietary information on how they’re servicing their own customer base. They can build it out with Grosso.”

As a contractor you have quick and easy access to pick and choose the information most relevant to you, and as a manufacturer you get to decide what information is most important and how to relay that to others. At the end of the day, the MetalVue program has one end goal: Get contractors the information they need to successfully install more metal roofs.

Read the transcript, Listen to the podcast or Watch the webinar to help you understand the value of the MetalVue Program and how the Dealers’ Portal makes it easy to navigate.
