In an episode of the MetalCast™ podcast, host Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with Josh Nowlin of Burrow’s Complete Post-Frame Solutions to discuss the brand’s commitment to success and how they’re accomplishing that goal. Josh, as the director of sales and marketing for the company, emphasized that their goal isn’t just to be a one-time source for contractors to purchase from. Burrow’s aims to be a partner in your company’s success; supplying ways to optimize your business’s growth and product needs.
Josh explained Burrow’s commitment to customer satisfaction, and how that starts with ensuring they get everything they need – a complete package – from the start. “Folks are busy, they have a lot to do,” he explained. “That’s where we come in. We say, ‘Okay we can help you with everything. We provide various solutions to help both a small builder and mid-sized builder be able to grow their business without the worry of overhead. That's a unique offering that we have that not every supplier offers.”
As post-frame buildings have been around for quite some time, this traditional form of metal construction is one that contractors and building owners can rely on to not only come at an economical cost but last the test of time. And for Burrow’s, that promise extends to making sure those pieces get to customers not only in a timely manner, but in a way that minimizes excess labor and effort.
One way Burrow’s helps customers grow their business is by getting to know each contractor’s needs and aiding in whatever way they can. “We get to know your business, how you like to build, how you prefer to stage your deliveries,” Josh explained. “We come with a lot of experience too on our staff. It's like we're the cheapest consultants a guy could ever hire! We come with a lot of experience, and we can help guide you through... Anything and everything post frame business, that's what we do.”
Whether a customer’s need is finding more time, not knowing where to start or finding the right software solutions, Burrow’s can help in some way. Josh emphasized their various areas of expertise and how, in many situations, they’ve come across unique customer problems that required unique and creative solutions – all of which they’re more than happy to provide.
Josh added, “We try to make it really simple. How we choose to grow our business is through supporting our clients and helping them grow theirs. That's how we go to market. And it's been very successful and we're still growing and still offering new services and solutions to our clients all the time.”
